The Maintenance Sales Manager is responsible for generating sales for Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) and service agreements related to building systems such as HVAC, Fire Alarm , Fire Fighting Systems , Electrical, ELV, and MEP systems. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, preparing quotations, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for maintenance and AMC contracts.
- Promote company maintenance services including Fire Alarm, Fire fighting,HVAC, Electrical, ELV, and other facility maintenance services.
- Prepare and submit proposals, quotations, and service agreements to clients.
- Follow up with clients for approvals, negotiations, and contract finalization.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with the technical and operations team for service delivery and project execution.
- Conduct site visits to assess client requirements and prepare suitable maintenance solutions.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the management.
- Maintain proper records of leads, sales activities, and client communications.
- Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in maintenance services sales, preferably in HVAC, MEP, or facility management.
- Strong knowledge of AMC contracts and building maintenance services.
- Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Valid driving license (preferred for client visits).
