Ward Attendant

· Helps patients by Supporting and Ensuring personal Hygiene and daily living Needs

· Patient pickup from anywhere at patient’s home

· Provide patients Personal Hygiene by giving bed pans, bathing, Shaves Assisting with Travel to the bathroom,· Provides for Activities of daily living by Assisting with serving meals, Feeding patients (if necessary) Turning and Ambulating, positioning patients and provide first aid care to patients assist to nursing staff in every procedure and Inventory Management· Reporting observations of the patients to nursing supervisor/shift Incharge.· Documentation actions by completing forms reports logs and records, Activity Record· Arrange patients file according to index.· Maintains work operations by following policies and procedures · Protects organizations value by keeping patient information confidential.· Engaged patients into every activity and session· Make proper arrangements of chairs and all stuff before every session· Pickup of independent/ dependent admissions, external (outhouse) patient consultation· Proper checking of patient’s luggage and proper search of patients when required (during admission and discharge)· Entering patient details (pt name, ID/Practo ID) in MR document· Regular file audits· Understanding and maintenance of basic infection control policies of the hospital· Proper cleaning/maintaining of nursing station, patient’s cupboards and patient’s belongings· Maintain proper professional boundaries with patients· Arranging proper files before ward round and assist to the nursing staff during every ward round· Addressing with Sir/Mam to Superiors’ while on duty

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
