WARD NURSE

To support and manage nursing staff within the ward area ensuring that patient needs are assessed, care planned, implemented and evaluated

• Contribute, as part of the disciplinary team, to the development, implementation and maintenance of policies, procedures, standards and protocols of the Ward.

• Assess patient care and ensure maintenance of standards of care given to patients and their families. <• In charge over documentation of the treatment and care given to the patients. Prompt handling of discharge summary to the patients and communication of post operative instructions and thereafter regular follow up instructions come under the realm of the Nurse – in – charge.

• To be responsible for the control and monitoring of the ward ensuring provision of a high quality and cost effective service

• Maintenance of cleanliness in the rooms and toilets of the ward area.<br>• Maintain patient details in EMR

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
