Ward RMO

• Provide round-the-clock medical coverage and attend to inpatients in the assigned ward.
• Perform initial assessment and documentation of patients upon admission.
• Monitor patient vitals, clinical condition, and response to treatment.
• Ensure timely administration of prescribed medications and treatments.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and progress notes.
• Respond to medical emergencies promptly and stabilize patients.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, nursing staff, and consultants.
• Assist senior consultants in performing minor procedures as needed.
• Ensure documentation of consent, clinical procedures, and discharge summaries.
• Coordinate with diagnostics, pharmacy, and nursing departments for patient care.
• Adhere to infection control protocols and patient safety guidelines.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
