Ward - RMO @SRV Rajebahadur Hospital

• Monitor and manage admitted patients in assigned wards.
• Conduct regular ward rounds and update patient records.
• Assess patient condition and report abnormalities to consultants.
• Provide immediate medical care in emergency situations.
• Ensure timely execution of doctors’ orders.
• Maintain accurate and complete patient case sheets.
• Record progress notes, treatment plans, and investigation reports.
• Prepare discharge summaries and transfer notes.
• Coordinate with consultants, nursing staff, and paramedical teams.
• Communicate patient status clearly to patients and relatives when required.
• Assist consultants during rounds and procedures.
