JLM Wholesale, a Division of Lockmasters, is a leading national distributor of high-quality door hardware serving the glass and glazing, contract hardware, and locksmith industries. We are currently seeking a dependable and motivated Warehouse Staff member to join our team at our Oxford Michigan branch.

Position Overview

This position is responsible for all aspects of warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, order fulfillment, and inventory cycle counting. The ideal candidate is a team player with strong attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Process incoming and outgoing shipments, primarily using the UPS WorldShip system
Conduct inventory cycle counts and assists in maintaining accurate stock levels
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks
Collaborate with the JLM team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
Provide excellent service and communication to internal teams and external customers

Qualifications

Previous experience in warehouse operations and order fulfillment preferred
Familiarity with UPS WorldShip and Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel, Word)
Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (forklift certification preferred)
Strong communication skills and a solid work ethic
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
