Key Responsibilities

  • Warehouse Setup & Management:
  • Source, set up, and manage warehouses including procurement of equipment, storage systems, and security arrangements.
  • Staff Recruitment & Supervision:

Recruit, train, and oversee warehouse staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

  • Logistics Support:

Assist in logistics planning, resource mobilization, and execution of operational projects.Ensure adherence to HSE standards, legal requirements, and internal compliance procedures within the warehouse.Implement and manage technology-driven solutions such as barcoding systems, tracking applications, and livestock monitoring tools.Identify gaps in workflow, recommend improvements, and drive operational efficiency.
