Who You Are:
Tribble Electric is seeking an experienced Warehouse and Fleet Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of our warehouse! This role is integral for making sure processes run smoothly for both inventory and fleet services. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, a background in trades distribution, and some electrical experience.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide leadership for all material procurement and inventory workflows, including review of material requests, direction of purchasing activity, and approval of allocations from stocking locations.

Coordinate materials planning with Project Managers and the Service Manager to support job schedules and ensure timely material availability.

Oversee warehouse receiving and distribution operations, including verification, documentation, staging, and stocking of inbound and outbound materials and tools.

Direct the warehouse team on pulling, staging, and preparing materials for field technicians and vendor pickups, maintaining accuracy in allocations and documentation.

Maintain clear communication with internal stakeholders, including timely updates to Project Managers and the Service Manager regarding material arrivals, deliveries, and returns.

Maintain visibility into project material usage, including weekly PO/allocation reporting, project closeout return reporting, and confirmation of accurate job record updates.

Guide the handling of RMAs and vendor returns, partnering with Accounts Payable and ensuring job material accuracy.

Lead cycle counts, inventory accuracy efforts, and replenishment activities, including oversight of truck stock programs and the parts database.

Drive Continuous Improvement initiatives within the warehouse, including workflow optimization, standardization, and efficiency improvements across all material-handling processes.

Serve as a key player in developing and implementing an electronic inventory and material management system, including selection, rollout, training, and ongoing system refinement.

Build and maintain strong supplier relationships, guiding pricing discussions, stocking strategies, and purchasing decisions for replenishment or new materials.

Support a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment promoting best practices and adherence to company standards.

Provide direction, training, and resources to warehouse and fleet team members, ensuring proper coverage for material handling, deliveries, and pickups.

Administer company fleet operations, including vehicle assignments, maintenance scheduling, compliance tracking, and procurement of replacement or additional units.

Maintain operational readiness of warehouse and fleet functions, including staffing levels, attendance, and workflow capacity.

Uphold confidentiality expectations and compliance with all company policies, serving as the point of accountability for warehouse and fleet operations.

Operate a forklift as needed.

Drive in all weather conditions to deliver or pick up materials.
What You’ll Bring:

Trades distribution experience is preferred.

Electrical field experience is a plus.

Excellent attendance and time management is required.

Driving Requirements

Must have a valid Virginia driver’s license.

Must have positive points on state driving record.

Must be at least 21 years of age unless company approval is granted.

Must not have had a DUI, DWI, or reckless driving conviction in the last five years.

All driving records are run as part of our pre-employment process and reviewed at the discretion of the Safety Team.

Physical Requirements

Must be able to crawl, kneel, squat, and climb.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis, unassisted.
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
