Informa Business Systems, Inc has provided outstanding customer service and support to financial institutions in Michigan, Northern Indiana, and Northern Ohio for over 50 years. We sell and service banking products such as ATM's, Interactive Teller Machines, Teller Cash Recyclers, Security Systems, Pneumatic Systems, Coin Machines, and a full line of customer driven software products.

We are looking for a Warehouse Manager to support our sales & service departments. This position is a hybrid position that will require many different skills in many different areas. Computer skills and the ability to communicate and work well with others and without much supervision.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in Supervision and 5 years in a Warehouse environment.
• Must have experience in a multiple Warehouse environment.
• Ability to multitask and have keen attention to detail.
• Lift up to 75 lbs. without assistance.
• Ability to stand for 8–10-hour shifts.
• Experienced at safely operating a forklift and pallet jack.
• Ability to carry out detailed written or oral instructions.
• Ability to present information and communicate effectively with managers and coworkers.
• Ability to work with limited supervision and is self-motivated and dependable.RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Working closely with the Facilities and Fleet Manager, facilitate the maintenance and repairs of vehicles, warehouses, and property to include other building tenants.
• · Responsible for all inventory control, warehouse, and installation activities, including receiving, inspection, storage, parts pulling, staging, and reporting. Ensure inventory aligns with company goals and proactively make recommendations for improvements.
• · Working with the Parts Manager to identify and learn equipment and parts.
• Tag/Barcode all parts properly for destination.
• Packaging parts for delivery or return.
• Monitor all jobs or work in process to properly stage required items to complete a job.
• Safely maneuvering equipment, parts, forklifts, and pallet jacks around the warehouse.
• Inspect inventory for possible damage.
• Participating in physical inventory counts.
• Receive all inbound parts/equipment, verifying accuracy & quality.
• Ability to learn and carry out the initial and final of equipment
• Knowledge of OSHA and MIOSHA regulations

This position will require the employee to regularly be exposed to moving equipment as well as an office environment. Candidates should not have a fear of heights and must be tolerant of working in low and high temperatures on occasion, including driving in inclement weather.
