Daily Responsibilities
Process Management:
- Understand the current processes (from order creation to packaging of orders to dispatch)
- Ensure daily orders of B2C and B2B are timely processed and dispatched
- Ensure the resources provided are not making mistakes
- Do random checks to ensure correct books go in packets as per the labels
- Ensure our internal softwares are regularly updated for pre-processing and post delivery updates (builty, tracking numbers etc)
Vendor Management:
- Ensure all the transports, delivery providers, ecommerce pickup executives are following the process (from timely pickup to delivery) and meeting their TATs
- Identify areas of cost-cutting and re-negotiate prices where needed
Grievances Management:
- Ensure issue in delivery of customers (retailers, students, teachers) are immediately resolved by liaising with vendors
- Coordinate with the logistics provider to fix issues for re-delivery (wrong address, customer not responding etc)
Resource Management:
- Hire and train resources (binding, packaging and delivery staff) to be able to smartly and efficiently do their tasks
- Ensure daily orders are timely packed and dispatched by working aggressively with your resources
- Find ways to add resources or optimise resources time spent per order to manage workload during peak times at short notice
Mandatory Qualifications (no exception)
At Least 2 years of operational experience in managing warehouse operations
Decent technical knowhow to use and manage excel files and crm tools
Written and spoken English is must
Solid never give up and positive attitude
Resourceful in nature. Ability to find solutions unsupervised

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
