Job Description of Procurement, Inventory & Logistics

1. Manage and support the process of selecting transporters, drivers. Entire Vehicle Fleet of BOWML is to be managed effectively, efficiently and properly ensuring compliance of all rules of GOI. Each vehicle RC, active Insurance, active no-pollution certificate proper documentation at Plant and in the vehicle. Each Vehicle properly painted, spark arrestor, reflector lights, horn, first-aid kit, PPE kit, GPS tracking of vehicle and fuel level. Monitoring average fuel consumption and ensuring no theft of diesel/fuel. Hiring and firing drivers.

2. Scheduling trucks (BOWML owned and 3rd party transporters) daily to customer sites for pickup.

3. Ensure all vehicles list with RC is submitted to UKPCB for NOC as per Rule 18 of HOWM Rules, 2016

4. All vehicles must be proper shape, excellent engine condition, safety and upkeep.

5. Establish and monitor the procurement function, including selection, training, motivating and appraising assigned team members.

6. All day-to-day procurement coordination, selection, negotiation and purchasing

7. Inventory Audit/Check and Control with proper INVENTORY log every day.

• To observe utmost care to ensure PPEs are used by all those working in Stabilization shed. Suitable PPEs are essential depending on the treatment Propose.
• To ensure Incoming and Outgoing Trucks weight is measured, recorded, printed and proper Weigh bridge operation.
• To maintain all records for each lot. Maintaining records of quantities of reagents used for a lot, for the day and for the month.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹32,000.00 per month
