Requierment:
- Bachelor in Business Administration.
- Experience in Warehouse and Procurement Management and experience construction.
- Knowledge of inventory management systems and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong computer skills, including experience with inventory and database software.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to negotiate effectively and build strong relationships with suppliers.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage warehouse inventory and ensure accuracy in records.
- Supervise the reception and dispatch of goods.
- Optimize storage space utilization and organize products efficiently.
- Place orders for products and supplies based on business needs.
- Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best purchasing terms.
- Maintain updated inventory and procurement databases using specialized software.
- Work with other departments to forecast needs and coordinate deliveries.
- Generate inventory and procurement reports for management review.
