Warehouse and Supply Chain Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Warehouse & Supply Chain Intern to support our logistics and operations team. This role is ideal for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in inventory management, order processing, and supply chain optimization.

Candidates with prior internship experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain management will be preferred.

Responsibilities

1️ Assist in day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and dispatching orders.

2️ Support supply chain activities such as order tracking, vendor coordination, and documentation.

3️ Maintain accurate records of stock levels and update inventory management systems.

4️ Monitor inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely delivery.

5️ Collaborate with operations and procurement teams for smooth workflow.

6️ Assist in preparing reports on stock movement, order status, and supply chain performance.

7️ Suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency in warehouse and logistics operations.

Requirements

1. Pursuing/Completed a degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, or related field.

2. Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.

3. Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets.

4. Good communication and coordination skills.

5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

6. Prior internship experience in warehouse or supply chain operations is preferred
