Warehouse Assistant

· Assist in coordinating daily deliveries from suppliers to restaurant outlets.

· Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing shipments, delivery notes, and invoices.

· Monitor inventory levels and support replenishment planning in coordination with procurement and warehouse teams.

· Follow up with suppliers, logistics partners, and outlets to ensure on-time and complete deliveries.

· Support the logistics team in preparing and processing shipping documents, permits, and other related paperwork.

· Track and report any delays, damages, or discrepancies in deliveries.

· Coordinate with restaurant teams for equipment transfers, returns, or maintenance logistics.

· Assist in optimizing delivery routes and schedules for cost and time efficiency.

· Ensure compliance with company standards for safety, hygiene, and storage procedures.

· Support monthly stock counts and reconciliation activities.

Pay: Up to AED2,500.00 per month
