The Opportunity

We're seeking an organized and proactive Warehouse Assistant to manage our Dubai warehouse and distribution facility. This role combines warehouse operations, inventory management, and production support to ensure smooth daily operations and efficient product flow.

What You'll Do

Warehouse Operations:

• Organize and direct daily warehouse workflow and activities
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, including receiving, storing, packing, and shipping
• Track stock levels and ensure correct and safe storage of inventory
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization to maximise space and improve workflow
• Implement and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for accuracy and completeness

Logistics Coordination:

• Work with transportation and logistics providers to optimise delivery schedules
• Schedule and coordinate warehouse maintenance activities
• Develop and implement security control procedures for warehouse operations
• Recommend improvements to policies, procedures, and record-keeping systems

Production Support:

• Assist with quality inspection during manufacturing through visual checks and testing
• Test and program assembled units
• Perform mechanical assembly of final products
• Operate allocated machinery and report faults clearly and promptly

Documentation & Compliance:

• Maintain accurate records related to supplies, equipment, and materials handling
• Ensure all shipments comply with quality requirements and are in good condition
• Track and report on inventory levels and warehouse activities

What You'll Need

Essential Experience:

• Minimum 2 years industry experience (at least 2 years in UAE)
• Background in warehouse operations or logistics
• Experience with inventory management and stock control

Technical Skills:

• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment and machinery
• Understanding of shipping and receiving procedures
• Quality inspection and testing capabilities
