Warehouse Assistant

About the Role:

If you are someone who always likes to be on the move, enjoys organization, and has no limitations on lifting or crawling-- this position is for you! We are seeking a warehouse assistant to support our busy production crews by making sure all our inventory is fully stocked in our warehouse and being a "runner" to our job-sites. This position will report to and be trained by our Warehouse Manager. While this is an entry level position, our promotions and pay are merit-based, not schedule and percentage based. What We Expect from You:

• Stock & unload materials
• Clean & organize warehouse, tools, and equipment
• Verify deliveries received and material inventory
• Make deliveries to job-sites
• Help maintain & organize warehouse
• Maintenance, troubleshooting, & cleaning of tools
• Call supply stores to locate needed products
• Run necessary errands to acquire needed tools and materials
• Assist with heavy lifting and moving of materials as needed
• Support the warehouse manager in daily operations and tasks

Requirements

• Ability to perform heavy lifting is a must*
• Ability to crawl and move in tight spaces is a must*
• Experience in a warehouse environment is preferred but not required
• Basic knowledge of tools and machinery is preferred but not required
• Skills in driving a forklift are a plus, but if you don't know how, we are willing to train the right person
• Skills in driving a truck with a trailer are a plus, but if you don't know how, we are willing to train the right person
