Designation: Warehouse Associate

Experience: 2-5 years

Work Location: Training in India (Shifted to UAE Office after Training Period)

Working Days: Monday - Friday

Placement Type: Full Time

Role and Responsibilities:

• Perform inspection, testing, troubleshooting, and repair of computer hardware components such as desktops, laptops, servers, and networking equipment.
• Diagnose hardware issues and replace faulty parts like RAM, hard drives, motherboards, power supplies, etc.
• Handle the dismantling, sorting, and grading of IT assets as per ITAD and recycling standards.
• Perform secure data erasure, wiping, and destruction in compliance with company and client data security protocols.
• Maintain accurate records of equipment received, processed, repaired, or recycled.
• Ensure proper labeling, tagging, and inventory management of IT assets.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for asset movement and dispatch.
• Follow EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) and ITAD compliance guidelines during handling and repair processes.
• Assist in refurbishing and quality testing of equipment for resale or remarketing.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and maintain a clean, organized work environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of computer hardware components and troubleshooting.
• Understanding of IT equipment such as laptops, desktops, and servers.
• Familiarity with data wiping and diagnostic tools is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
• Diploma or Degree in Computer Hardware, Electronics, IT, or related field preferred.
• Freshers or candidates with up to 3-5 years of experience in hardware repair.
