Warehouse Associate

Job Overview
Join our team as a Warehouse Associate and become a vital part of our distribution operation! In this role, you will be responsible for helping pull orders, operating skid steers and forklifts, cleaning, maintenance, and ensuring seamless warehouse distribution processes. Your proactive approach will help us maintain accurate stock levels, support order fulfillment, and uphold safety standards. Duties

• Safely operate heavy equipment including forklifts, skid steers, and pallet jacks to load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse and stockyard.
• Help customers on the yard loading bulk and natural stone products
• Assist with order pulling, packing, and shipping & receiving to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Clean warehouse buildings and stockyard
• Support warehouse distribution operations by load & unload activities and organizing materials for manufacturing or construction projects.
• Perform weekly maintenance on equipment
• Collaborate with warehouse manager to optimize warehouse management processes and improve overall efficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Certification or experience operating heavy equipment including forklifts, skid steers, and pallet jacks is preferred.
• Mechanical knowledge related to heavy equipment operation and basic maintenance is a plus.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during stocking, order picking, and load & unload activities.
• Age 18 and over.
• Excellent organizational and listening skills with attention to detail.
• Prior experience in warehouse roles or positions is advantageous but not required.
• Class E CDL would allow for more job versatility and wage increase.
