Warehouse Associate

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Warehouse Executive to manage automobile spare parts, inventory control, and warehouse operations efficiently. The role involves receiving, storing, issuing, and maintaining stock records while ensuring accuracy, safety, and timely availability of parts for service and production needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive automobile spare parts and verify quantity and quality against invoices.
• Maintain proper storage and identification of spare parts and materials.
• Issue spare parts to service, production, or sales teams as per requirement.
• Update stock details in inventory systems (ERP/Manual registers).
• Conduct regular stock checks and support periodic physical inventory audits.
• Ensure FIFO/FEFO methods are followed for inventory management.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and follow safety standards.
• Coordinate with purchase, service, and logistics teams for smooth operations.
• Identify damaged or obsolete parts and report to management.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports.

Eligibility & Qualifications:

• Diploma / ITI / Any Graduate (Logistics, Mechanical preferred)
• 0–3 years of experience in automobile warehouse or spare parts handling
• Freshers with basic knowledge of automobile parts can apply

Skills Required:

• Basic knowledge of automobile spare parts
• Inventory management and stock control skills
• Familiarity with ERP / inventory software is an advantage
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work in shifts if required
