Job Summary

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations ensuring efficient storage, handling, dispatch, and inventory control of products while maintaining strict compliance with food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of food & beverage products
• Ensure compliance with FIFO/FEFO inventory principles
• Maintain food safety, hygiene, and quality standards (HACCP, GMP, ISO, etc.)
• Monitor stock levels, conduct cycle counts, and resolve inventory discrepancies
• Ensure proper temperature control and storage conditions
• Ensure warehouse cleanliness, pest control compliance, and safety standards
• Coordinate with production, procurement, sales, and logistics teams
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports
• Optimize warehouse layout and workflow for efficiency
• Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and safety regulations

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field
• 2-3 years of warehouse experience, preferably in food & beverage or FMCG industry
• Proven supervisory or team leadership experience
• Knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP, ISO 22000, GMP) preferred
• Experience with ERP/WMS systems
• Strong organizational and communication skills
