Warehouse Associate

Who We Are

Exapta Solutions, Inc, has spent 25+ years doing one thing better than anyone else: advancing no-tillage crop production through precision equipment and deep agronomic expertise. We serve farmers across the USA, Canada, and internationally, and we're still growing. We have the agility of a small company and a reputation that outpaces industry heavyweights. The next chapter involves leading the industry in operational and product innovation, and the warehouse is where that starts.

The Role

This is not a passive position but an active contributor to the success of our pioneering organization. The Warehouse Operations Specialist is a critical position in a system that our farmers depend on to run their operations.

You will *own the full lifecycle* of warehouse function: receiving, inventory integrity, order fulfillment, shipping logistics, equipment inspection, and property upkeep. You will also interface directly with customers and staff, making communication a real part of the job, not an afterthought.

During peak season (December through April), pace and precision compound. You will be expected to pre-plan, pre-pack, and stay ahead of demand rather than react to it.

What You Will Do

Receive, process, and organize incoming stock with accuracy and system-level thinking. Pull, pack, and ship orders through UPS WorldShip, XPO, US Road, and UPS Ground Freight. Maintain inventory through regular counting, labeling, and location management. Inspect inventory, equipment, tools, and company vehicles for quality, safety, and functionality. Operate forklifts and handle LTL pallet preparation including wrapping, strapping, and documentation. Quote shipping costs to identify best rates on larger orders. Process returns end-to-end, including warranty shipments back to manufacturers and replacement product to customers. Assist with on-site equipment inspections at customer farms. Communicate directly with customers picking up orders and support the sales team by keeping fulfillment tight. Maintain the warehouse, grounds, and surrounding property to a high standard year-round.

Who Belongs Here

You take personal ownership of outcomes. You do not need to be managed into doing quality work. You notice what needs doing and do it. You find satisfaction in a system that runs well because of your precision and commitment to excellence.

You have mechanical aptitude, forklift experience, and at least one year in a warehouse environment. You can lift 50 lbs regularly and occasionally over 100 lbs. You hold a valid driver's license.

You communicate clearly, with customers and internal staff and you love making people feel cared for and listened to.
