Warehouse Associate

Join our growing pet e-commerce team! We are expanding our operations to Norcross, GA and looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Warehouse Associate. You will be a vital part of our fulfillment process, ensuring that pet parents across the country receive their orders accurately and on time.

This is an in-person role perfect for someone who manages their time well. While we offer flexible shifts (day, evening, or mid-day), the top priority is ensuring all daily orders are packed and shipped by our 4:00 PM cutoff.

Key Responsibilities

• Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and ship customer orders generated through Shopify and Amazon.
• Shipping Logistics: Generate and print shipping labels accurately; ensure all packages are securely packed for transit and reach our customers on time .
• Inventory Management: Help maintain an organized warehouse; assist in counting, adding, and organizing new stock as it arrives.
• Time Management: Coordinate your daily tasks to ensure all outbound shipments meet the 4:00 PM daily deadline.
• Warehouse Upkeep: Maintain a clean and safe workspace to ensure efficient operations.

Schedule & Hours

• Commitment: Minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Flexibility: We can accommodate various schedules (e.g. morning shifts, or evening shifts) provided the shipping deadlines are met.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Tech Savvy: Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central and Shopify is a major plus.
• Shipping Experience: Knowledge of how to generate shipping labels and determine the best packing methods for different items.
• Physical Ability: Must be able to comfortably lift and move boxes weighing up to 70 lbs.
• Detail Oriented: High level of accuracy in picking items to ensure pets get exactly what their owners ordered!
• Proactive: Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively without constant supervision.
