Warehouse Associate

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated 2nd shift Warehouse Associate to join our team. This role is vital in ensuring efficient warehouse operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment. The ideal candidate will have prior warehouse experience and possess a strong understanding of safety protocols and warehouse management systems. This position offers an opportunity to work with a variety of warehouse equipment and contribute to the seamless flow of goods in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

• Manage inventory control through accurate stock counting.
• Perform order picking, and receiving tasks to fulfill customer orders efficiently.
• Stock shelves and organize products for easy access and inventory accuracy.
• Assist with materials handling, including heavy lifting and mechanical tasks related to packaging and assembly.
• Utilize RF scanners for order fulfillment and inventory tracking.
• Maintain safety standards in accordance with OSHA regulations during all warehouse activities.
• Support warehouse supervision in daily operations and process improvements as needed.

Skills

• Proven experience with inventory management, warehouse distribution, and warehouse management.
• Strong understanding of inventory control procedures, and order fulfillment techniques.
• Familiarity with OSHA safety standards for warehouse environments.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
• Experience with RF scanners, material handling tools, and warehouse software applications is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $32,000.00 - $41,000.00 per year
