Warehouse Associate

Sumary:

To support the daily warehouse operations by receiving, verifying, storing, preparing, and dispatching cargo in an accurate and timely manner. This role ensures inventory control, operational efficiency, and a safe and organized warehouse environment.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Receive, verify, and record incoming cargo.
• Organize and store inventory in designated areas.
• Pick and prepare orders for dispatch.
• Load and unload cargo from trucks and containers.
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure accurate inventory movements.
• Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and safety standards.
• Inspect cargo for damage or discrepancies.
• Label cargo and process basic inbound/outbound paperwork.
• Support periodic physical inventories and cycle counts.
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures and safety protocols.
• Report any damages, discrepancies, or irregularities.
• Properly use warehouse tools and equipment.

EXPERIENCE

Minimum 1 year in warehouse or logistics operations.
Experience in freight forwarding or international cargo handling is preferred.
