From picking to organizing to facilitating pickups to organizing materials. You’ll grow into more specialized roles in cabinet assembly, stone handling, or inventory coordination.

What You’ll Do

You’ll start as a Warehouse Associate, handling general warehouse duties while we set up our systems.

You’ll:

• Work as a team for various functions in the warehouse.
• Unloading shipment of cabinets, countertops, sinks, etc.
• Use pallet jacks, order pickers, and forklifts to move products safely.
• Sort, label, and store incoming and outgoing materials accurately
• Pull and prep customer orders for delivery or pickup
• Keep the space clean, safe, and organized
• Share ideas for better flow, tools, or systems — especially when something isn’t working

You won’t be expected to know everything. You’ll be expected to care, stay safe, and help us improve as we grow.

What We’re Looking For

You’re dependable. You follow instructions, but you also speak up when you find a way to make thing easier. You don’t just want a paycheck — you want to be proud of your work. And while some days might feel a little chaotic, you keep your head down and do what needs to get done.

You’re a good fit if you:

• Have experience in warehouse, construction, or hands-on labor roles
• Can lift up to 50 lbs safely (with team support when needed)
• Can work on your feet daily
• Are comfortable using basic tools and learning new equipment
• Are open to getting forklift certified (we’ll train the right person)
• Want to grow into a trade — cabinet assembly, stone handling, or logistics

Schedule & Compensation

• Full-time (open Monday–Saturday)
• 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• $23/hr starting pay
• Paid training
• Promotion opportunities as business grows

Pay: From $23.00 per hour
