Responsibilities

• Operate various warehouse equipment including forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and order pickers to load, unload, and move inventory efficiently.
• Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners to accurately track inventory, process shipments, and manage stock levels.
• Perform shipping and receiving duties by verifying incoming and outgoing shipments, inspecting goods for quality, and ensuring proper documentation.
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with precision using order picking techniques and packaging best practices.
• Stock shelves, organize inventory, and maintain a clean, safe workspace by following safety protocols at all times.
• Assist with inventory management activities such as cycle counts and stock replenishment using MRP (Material Requirements Planning) systems like AS400.
• Support warehouse distribution processes by loading and unloading trucks safely and efficiently while adhering to safety standards.

Skills

• Proven experience operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and order pickers; certification is a plus.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanners, and AS400 or similar enterprise resource planning (ERP) software.
• Strong understanding of shipping & receiving procedures, order fulfillment processes, and stock management techniques.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for inventory counts, measurements, and order processing.
• Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail in picking & packing orders to ensure accuracy.
• Knowledge of e-commerce fulfillment workflows and packaging standards for online orders.
• Physical ability to load & unload trucks repeatedly throughout shifts while maintaining safety standards. This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to develop their skills in warehousing operations within a vibrant team environment!

Pay: $27.86 - $33.73 per hour
