Warehouse Associate

Overview
We are seeking a reliable Warehouse Associate to join our growing team. The successful candidate will help support day-to-day warehouse operations and ensure orders are processed accurately and efficiently. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, order pickers, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Handle heavy lifting of packages and materials, ensuring safe practices are followed at all times.
• Pick, pack, label, and prepare orders for shipping
• Load, unload, move, and organize products within the warehouse
• Assist with shipping and receiving processes
• Participate in regular inventory cycle counts and assist in reconciling discrepancies.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
• Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times
• Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet daily productivity goals.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a distribution center or warehouse environment is preferred.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and shipping are a plus.
• Ability to operate heavy equipment such as forklifts and order pickers safely.
• Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting and standing for extended periods.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.
• A commitment to maintaining safety standards in all aspects of the job.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform physical tasks throughout the workday.
• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment that may experience varying temperatures.
• Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment and perform repetitive tasks.

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.50 - $18.00 per hour
