Warehouse Associate

Overview
Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Associate and become a vital part of our fast-paced distribution operation! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth warehouse functions, including order fulfillment, inventory management, shipping and receiving, and maintaining a safe and organized environment..

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and RF scanners to efficiently move products within the warehouse
• Assist with order picking and packing using warehouse management systems (WMS) and order picker equipment
• Load and unload shipments safely, ensuring proper handling of goods during transportation processes
• Stock shelves, organize inventory, and perform regular stock counts to maintain accurate records
• Support shipping & receiving activities by verifying incoming and outgoing shipments against documentation
• Utilize basic math skills for inventory counts, measurements, and order calculations
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order fulfillment for e-commerce platforms and warehouse distribution channels

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• At least 1 year prior experience working in a warehouse environment or similar logistics setting
• Valid certification for forklift operation; reach truck experience is a plus
• Ability to operate RF scanners, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and effectively
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in stocking, picking & packing, and order processing
• Basic math skills for inventory management and order accuracy
• Good physical stamina to stand, walk, lift heavy items, and perform load & unload tasks throughout the shift
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment
• Ability to stand for 8+ hours and regularly lift 50-70 pounds
• Able to safely maneuver oversized and overweight equipment
• Must be able to work in a warehouse environment that may not be climate-controlled

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Pay: $17.50 - $20.00 per hour
