Duties
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and order pickers to load, unload, and move products safely and efficiently.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and AS400 platforms to track inventory levels, process orders, and update stock records accurately.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with precision using RF scanners and order picking techniques.
- Manage shipping and receiving processes by verifying inbound and outbound shipments, inspecting goods, and documenting transactions.
- Stock shelves systematically to ensure products are organized for quick retrieval and easy access.
- Assist in cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain accurate stock levels using basic math skills.
- Support e-commerce order fulfillment by packaging products securely for delivery while adhering to quality standards.
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse experience is highly preferred; familiarity with warehouse distribution operations is a plus.
- Certification or experience operating forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, or MRPs (Material Requirements Planning systems) is advantageous.
- Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanners, AS400, and inventory control software such as MRP is desirable.
- Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for inventory counts, order quantities, and shipping documentation.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills to ensure accurate picking & packing and stock management.
- Physical ability to lift heavy items regularly, stand for extended periods, and operate warehouse equipment safely. Pay: $21.46 - $25.46 per hour
