Warehouse Associate – Full-Time | Lipsey’s | Baton Rouge, LA

Pay: $15/hour + Overtime ($22.50/hour)

Schedule: Monday–Friday (Weekends Off)

What You’ll Do

• Pick, pack, and process orders using modern warehouse technology and automation (including picking robots)
• Ensure accuracy when pulling and checking merchandise
• Assist with inventory counts
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
  
  

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• No warehouse experience required—we will train you
• Ability to lift 35–50 lbs. regularly
• Must pass a drug screen, physical, and background check
