Warehouse Associate (e-commerce & fulfillment)

Position Overview

We are a growing e-commerce company specializing in appliance replacement parts sold through platforms such as eBay, Shopify, and Amazon. We are seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate to support inventory processing, product listing, and order fulfillment. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a small team environment where responsibilities include both warehouse operations and computer-based product listing.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and process incoming inventory, including used and new appliance control boards.
• Prepare items for sale by removing wires and accessories and organizing parts for identification.
• Maintain an organized workspace and inventory storage system.
• Identify appliance parts using part numbers and manufacturer information.
• Enter product details into the inventory management system
• Create accurate listings for sale across multiple e-commerce platforms
• Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Generate shipping labels and prepare packages for daily shipment.
• Ensure all orders are processed and ready for pickup/drop-off by the daily shipping deadline.
• Maintain packing supplies and shipping organization.
• Assist with inventory processing and data entry during non-shipping periods.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous warehouse, fulfillment, or e-commerce experience is a plus
• Comfortable using computers and inventory systems
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify part numbers accurately
• Ability to work independently and stay organized
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs occasionally
