Warehouse Associate (HVAC)

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for various warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inventory management and distribution processes. The ideal candidate will have experience in a warehouse environment and possess a strong understanding of safety protocols and equipment operation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general warehouse duties to support daily operations.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
• Organize inventory and ensure all items are properly labeled.
• Restock warehouse shelves and storage areas as needed.
• Replenish truck inventory and ensure vehicles are properly supplied for daily operations.
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections to ensure all shop vehicles are in safe working condition.
• Pull and stage materials for outgoing jobs according to schedule.
• Restock returned items to inventory and ensure proper placement.
• Receive and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing lists.
• Maintain clear and timely communication with the Procurement Manager regarding inventory levels, discrepancies, and supply needs.

Skills

• Familiarity with heavy equipment operation such as forklifts.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting tasks safely and efficiently.
• Understanding of OSHA safety standards within a warehouse setting.
• Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong communication skills
• Valid driver's license

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
