Warehouse Associate / Local Transport Driver *STARTING ASAP*

Motas is seeking a dependable, hard-working Hybrid Transport & Warehouse Associate to support our local transport and PM warehouse operations.

This is a warehouse-first hybrid position. The right person for this role must be ready for active, physical, detail-oriented warehouse work and must also be capable of assisting with local pickups and deliveries in company vehicles, including cargo vans and 26’ straight trucks.

This is not a light-duty driving job. After completing local stops, this position returns to the warehouse and helps organize, verify, stage, load, unload, and close out customer orders. The work can be physically demanding, the nights can run late, and the end time is not guaranteed.

We are looking for someone who is reliable, physically capable, professional, and willing to help wherever the operation needs support.

Pay

$19.00/hour during training
$21.00/hour once qualified

Training period is typically 90 days.

Hours

Regular schedule: Monday–Thursday, 12:00 PM until work is complete

This is not a fixed-end-time position. End times vary based on route needs, warehouse workload, customer activity, and business demands. Employees in this position are expected to stay until the work is complete.

Most weeks average approximately 35–40 hours. However, scheduled workdays and weekly hours may change based on operational needs, holidays, peak business periods, and industry demand. Additional workdays may be required during busy periods, including days surrounding federal holidays, industry holidays, and year-end rush periods.

During the first 2–4 weeks of training, shifts will begin earlier, typically around 8:00–9:00 AM, while the employee trains on full driver routes. After route training, the regular start time will shift to 12:00 PM.
