Monday - Friday 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. (Wednesday 9am-8pm)

Saturday 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.

POSITION TITLE: Warehouse Associate/Floor Help/Cashier

REQUIRED TO PASS A BACKGROUND CHECK & DRUG SCREEN

PURPOSE: This position is responsible for working in the Warehouse, on the salesfloor and as a cashier. The employee must be available to work every Saturday with the exception of time off requests.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Ensure and maintain a high level of customer service

• This job requires frequent heavy lifting of 50 plus pounds
• Delivery, processing and movement of all goods
• Assist donation drop off at back door
• Maintain safe, clean, organized work environment
• Assist staff as needed with store operations
• Assist staff as needed on sales floor
• Perform other duties as directed on as-needed basis including working on the truck for pick-ups and deliveries.
• Ensure and maintain a high level of customer service
• Movement and supervised pricing of all goods

Essential Job Functions:

• Effective communication and listening skills both verbal and non-verbal.
• Computer skills: Microsoft Office Suite and other assorted cloud-based programs
• Ability to sit stationary or walk and stand for extended periods of time. Must be able to twist, turn, bend, stoop, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, reach, push, pull and subject to environmental conditions, noise and hazards.
• Worker is required to have visual acuity to operate motor vehicles and/or heavy equipment.
• Heavy work. Exerting up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
• Typical retail store settings combined with outside environmental conditions; subject to noise, vibration, hazards and activities occurring inside and outside and often extreme temperatures.
• Limited travel may be required, fast paced environment with medium-high stress based on multiple projects, deadlines, timelines and the need to react quickly and respond quickly.
