Warehouse Associate/Driver

Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Associate/Driver to join our team. This hybrid role involves delivering and picking up customer orders, supporting warehouse operations, and ensuring excellent customer service throughout every interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely and efficiently make deliveries and pickups for customer orders.
• Load and unload materials using proper handling procedures.
• Learn and follow all warehouse processes, including order picking, stocking, and inventory control.
• Assist with general warehouse duties to ensure a clean, organized, and efficient environment.
• Interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner, providing top-level customer service at every touchpoint.
• Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Previous delivery or warehouse experience is a plus, but not required.
• Strong work ethic and a team-player attitude.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 50 lbs) as needed.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
