Warehouse Associate/Wire Rope Spooler

Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate/Wire Rope Spooler to join our team. This role involves handling wire ropes, operating heavy equipment, and supporting various warehouse and construction-related tasks. The ideal candidate will possess mechanical knowledge, experience with rigging, and familiarity with tools and equipment used in industrial environments. Responsibilities

• Spool wire ropes accurately according to specifications and safety standards
• Operate heavy equipment such as forklifts and other machinery safely and efficiently
• Perform rigging tasks for lifting and securing materials during processing and transportation
• Use hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other construction-related tools for assembly and maintenance
• Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials within the warehouse or construction sites
• Conduct routine inspections of equipment and materials to ensure quality and safety compliance
• Support maintenance activities including welding or minor repairs as needed
• Follow safety protocols at all times to maintain a safe working environment

Experience

• Prior experience with rigging, mechanical work, or construction site operations is preferred
• Hands-on experience operating forklifts, heavy machinery, or trucks is highly desirable
• Knowledge of welding techniques and use of hand tools or power tools is a plus
• Background in oil & gas industries or working on construction sites will be advantageous
• Familiarity with safety procedures related to heavy equipment operation and industrial environments is essential

This position requires a dedicated individual capable of working in physically demanding settings while maintaining a focus on safety and precision. Candidates should be comfortable working with various tools, machinery, and materials typical of warehouse and industrial operations.

Pay: $1.00 - $2.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
