Overview
The warehouse coordinator specialist will oversee and coordinate administrative tasks in the warehouse. They will also oversee the inbound and outbound schedules, compile records, and prepare reports on various warehouse activities. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and team leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities

Coordinate logistics of outgoing shipments and incoming deliveries.
- Manage and troubleshoot warehouse management systems and other administrative tools.
- Documents all related activities and completes forms and reports.
- Collaborates and communicates with logistics, customer service representatives, and others involved in the shipment and receipt of products about information related to the shipment.
- Organize and maintain training records for warehouse staff.
- Manage general office tasks and administrative duties, such as directing customer communications, organizing schedules, entering data, bookkeeping, maintaining office equipment, etc.
- Maintains physical and digital filing systems.
- Assist clients and other visitors.
- Works with sensitive information with discretion to maintain confidentiality and security and ensure compliance with privacy policies and regulations.
- Handle billing and purchasing processes, including invoice management, payment processing, and procurement.
- Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth operations.
- Enforcing safety regulations and ensuring a safe working environment.
- Report to the warehouse manager on all activities/updates

- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong sense of time organization and urgency.
- High school diploma or higher.
- 3+ years of management experience in logistics operations.
- 3+ years of experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse operations, inventory management, and import/export operations.
