This is an Entry Level position perfect for someone that picks up new skills quickly and is eager to learn. Warehouse coordinator will be responsible for day-to-day warehouse operations such receiving, storage and shipping of products, ensuring all work is completed in a timely manner and without error. Candidate will need to communicate professionally and effectively with both customers and internal personnel. Looking for someone energetic and a fast learner and want to work for a fast-paced growing logistics company.

Responsibilities

– Receiving, loading and unloading, storage and shipping of products

– Ensure efficient and accurate inventory management using a warehouse management system (WMS)

– Forklift Operation

– Pick and Pack to prepare outbound shipments

– Collaborate with other departments to optimize logistics and streamline operations

– Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment

Qualifications

– Capable of heavy lifting if required

– Computer skills to work with warehouse operating system

– Proficient at data entry and typing

– Detailed oriented

– Strong organizational skills

– Strong written and verbal communication skills

– Sound decision making ability

– Proven analytical ability and problem-solving skill

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office

– Ability to easily learn new software and programs

– English Speaker is a requirement
