JOB DESCRIPTION: WAREHOUSE OPERATIONS CREW

Summary

Join our growing team as a Warehouse Operations Crew Member and be part of our incredible hospitality team.

The Warehouse Operations Crew member will be responsible for the following:

• Warehouse duties
• Loading and unloading trucks of assets and equipment.
• Sorting, processing, and cleaning equipment and assets.
• Inspect equipment and assets for damage.
• Report asset breakages accordingly.
• Quality check equipment.
• Re-stock assets, equipment, and products.
• Operate trucks and vehicles (non-CDL)
• Receive direction from Warehouse Management.
• Work closely with the Operations Crew and Warehouse Supervisor.

• Critical knowledge
• Understands our company standards and expectations.
• Understands our daily operations and the responsibilities of the warehouse crew role.
• Understands our warehouse layout and its corresponding storage.
• Understands the use of each warehouse and event assets and performs their handling guidelines accordingly.

• Company standards
• Reliably attends scheduled shifts and arrives on-time.
• Follows general warehouse safety guidelines and protocols.
• Follows general warehouse hygiene guidelines and protocols.
• Works with a sense of urgency when performing all warehouse duties.
• Maintains a professional appearance by adhering to SaltBlock uniform standards.
• Maintains a professional demeanor at all times by representing the brand of SaltBlock Hospitality positively to all team members.

The Warehouse Crew member will need to be able to perform the following:

• General labor activities.
• Able to lift at least 50 lbs by hand.
• Work in a warehouse environment.
• Is organized and detail oriented in their work; including the handling of critical documents.
• Capable of technology utilization for data entry, log updates, etc.

Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
