Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding products and services, ensuring their needs are met.
- Handle outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or provide additional information.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using data entry skills.
- Process cash handling transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues and improve service delivery.
- Utilize Microsoft Office applications to document interactions and generate reports as needed.
- Analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in service delivery.
Skills
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Proven experience in customer support or client services, preferably in a call center environment.
- Proficient in data entry with excellent typing speed and accuracy.
- Familiarity with sales techniques and an understanding of the sales process is beneficial.
- Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to engage customers effectively.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to analyze information effectively and provide solutions to customer inquiries.
