Warehouse - Data Entry Operator

We are looking for a Warehouse Data Entry Operator to manage and update daily warehouse records accurately. The candidate will be responsible for entering stock, inward, outward, and inventory data into the system and coordinating with the warehouse team.

Responsibilities:

• Enter daily inward & outward stock data
• Maintain inventory and warehouse records
• Update purchase, sales, and transfer entries
• Prepare basic reports as required
• Verify documents like invoices, delivery challans
• Coordinate with warehouse supervisor/store team
• Ensure data accuracy and timely updates

Requirements:

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, data entry)
• Typing speed with accuracy
• Ability to handle numbers and records
• Willingness to work in warehouse environment
• Freshers can apply

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in warehouse / store data entry
• Knowledge of inventory or billing software
• Good attention to detail
