Warehouse / Delivery Assistant for FMCG Distribution Company

We are looking for a hardworking, reliable, and physically fit Delivery Truck Assistant to support our delivery team in ensuring timely and accurate delivery of FMCG products to customers across Qatar. The ideal candidate should be able to work in a fast-paced environment and assist drivers with loading, unloading, and customer deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist drivers in loading and unloading FMCG products.
• Ensure products are handled safely and delivered without damage.
• Verify delivery quantities against invoices and delivery notes.
• Obtain customer signatures and delivery acknowledgements.
• Assist with product returns, rejections, and collections when required.
• Support drivers in locating delivery destinations and following delivery routes.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle.
• Assist with warehouse loading activities before departure.
• Follow company safety, hygiene, and food handling procedures at all times.
• Report delivery discrepancies, damages, or customer concerns to supervisors immediately.

Requirements:

• Minimum high school education preferred.
• Previous experience in FMCG delivery, warehouse, or logistics operations is an advantage.
• Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy cartons and products.
• Basic communication skills in English , Hindi , Tamil , Arabic (Basic)
• Ability to work flexible hours and under pressure.
• Good teamwork and customer service skills.
• Familiarity with FMCG products and delivery operations is preferred.
