Warehouse & Delivery Associate - Auto Parts Distribution

We are hiring for a Warehouse & Delivery Associate in our auto parts distribution operation. We are looking for a dependable, energetic, and tech-savvy team member who can handle warehouse work, order preparation, local deliveries, and in-store merchandising support. Candidates should be able to lift more than 51 pounds, work under pressure, and know the areas of Hialeah, Doral, Opa-locka, and Medley.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick, prepare, verify, and organize customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Deliver auto parts in a timely, professional, and safe manner
• Assist with receiving, stocking, organizing, and moving inventory in the warehouse
• Support merchandising, product placement, and store presentation as needed
• Use GPS, smartphones, delivery apps, and other technology tools effectively
• Communicate clearly with warehouse staff, drivers, sales team, and supervisors
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace
• Support the operation during peak business hours with speed, focus, and teamwork

Requirements

• Previous experience in warehouse, delivery, logistics, distribution, or auto parts preferred
• Ability to lift, carry, and move more than 51 pounds safely and consistently throughout the workday
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, load, and unload repeatedly during the shift
• Comfortable working under pressure and meeting deadlines
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of smartphones, GPS, delivery apps, and general technology
• Good communication skills and ability to work well with others
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record preferred or required if driving is part of the role
• Bilingual English / Spanish preferred

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
