Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Warehouse Department Manager to oversee all warehouse operations for Gazmin Delivery Services. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient inventory management, timely order processing, and smooth logistics operations while leading a team to meet company goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise daily warehouse operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and stock control.
• Ensure timely receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods in accordance with company standards.
• Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff to achieve operational targets and maintain high performance.
• Implement and maintain warehouse safety standards, procedures, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with procurement, delivery, and operations teams to optimize workflow and ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor warehouse KPIs, generate reports, and recommend process improvements.
• Manage warehouse equipment, maintenance, and resources efficiently.
• Oversee stock audits and reconcile discrepancies to ensure accurate inventory records.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external vendors.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse or logistics management, preferably in delivery or e-commerce.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent organizational, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in warehouse management systems (WMS) and MS Office.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
