Job Description

Astberg Ventilation Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a skilled and results-driven a Warehouse & Dispatch Manager with 2–3 years of hands-on experience & handle daily warehouse operations including receiving, dispatching, and return management of goods, maintaining stock records, coordinating with sales and logistics teams, and ensuring safe and timely delivery of the products.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and dispatch of ventilation products and related materials.
• Ensure timely and accurate dispatch of goods to dealers, customers and project sites as per sales orders.
• Maintain proper stock records, inventory control, and reconciliation of physical stock with system data.
• Coordinate with sales, logistics, and transporters for smooth movement of goods.
• Ensure proper handling, packaging, and safety of products during loading and unloading.
• Monitor inward and outward entries, delivery challans, and dispatch documentation.
• Implement and follow standard warehouse processes and safety guidelines.
• Handle returns, damages, and shortages in coordination with management.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of proven experience in warehouse management, dispatch operations, or logistics.
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
• Ability to manage staff and coordinate with multiple departments.
• Basic knowledge of inventory systems and dispatch documentation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to work properly & meet dispatch timelines.
• Fluency in English, Hindi & local language.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
