JOB SUMMARY:
The Warehouse Division Manager is responsible for leading all operations within the warehouse division. This includes oversight of receiving, storage, inventory control, order fulfillment, shipping, and work order production. The role provides leadership to warehouse staff, ensures operational efficiency, and maintains a safe, organized, and productive work environment in alignment with company policies and quality standards.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES (ALL COMPANIES): Other duties may be assigned.
Operations Management- Oversee all warehouse functions including kitting, picking, packing, receiving, shipping, inventory control, and work order production
- Ensure daily operational goals are met with a focus on productivity, accuracy, and quality
- Monitor workflow and address operational issues to maintain efficiency
- Support operational execution during peak periods as needed
Leadership and Team Management- Supervise, coach, and develop warehouse personnel across departments
- Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing feedback to direct reports
- Maintain appropriate staffing levels aligned with business needs
- Participate in hiring and interviewing of new team members
- Lead daily or weekly team meetings to communicate priorities and expectations
Performance and Reporting- Track and evaluate employee productivity and quality metrics
- Review performance data with team members on a regular basis
- Maintain accurate warehouse reports and resolve outstanding issues
- Identify trends and implement improvements to enhance performance
Safety and Compliance- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
- Ensure compliance with company policies and quality management systems
- Promote adherence to safety procedures and operational standards
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and training programs
Facility and Equipment Oversight- Coordinate and address facility related needs including maintenance, security, cleaning, and utilities
- Ensure warehouse equipment and systems are functioning properly
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve facility issues
Continuous Improvement- Participate in process improvement initiatives and company sponsored training
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance workflow
- Support standardization of processes across warehouse operations
Requirements:
EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Two or more years of supervisory experience in a warehouse environment preferred
- Experience managing teams and operational workflows strongly preferred
REQUIREMENTS:

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
This role requires regular standing, sitting, computer use, reading, writing, typing, and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
The employee must have mobility to work in a warehouse environment and around equipment, parts, and inventory. The role may require operation of a motor vehicle and forklift if applicable.
Physical requirements include:
- Ability to perform medium physical work with strength, stamina, and mobility
- Close visual acuity for inspecting parts, reviewing data, and working with computer systems
- Ability to distinguish colors and variations in parts and documentation
- Hearing and speech ability to communicate effectively in person and via phone or radio
- Manual dexterity to operate a keyboard and related equipment
- Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, reach, and climb as needed
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials up to 50 pounds, with heavier lifting supported by appropriate equipment

WORKING CONDITIONS:
- Moderate noise environment
- Exposure to moving equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, lift trucks, and conveyor systems
- ICC roles may occasionally be exposed to toxic or caustic chemicals
