Key Responsibilities:

Inventory Management:

• Oversee daily inventory checks and cycle counts to maintain accurate records.
• Implement and monitor inventory control systems to minimize stockouts and overstocks.
• Manage stock rotation to prevent product expiration or damage.
• Conduct regular physical inventory counts to reconcile inventory records.

Warehouse Operations:

• Manage and optimize warehouse layout and storage strategies to maximize space utilization.
• Supervise and coordinate warehouse staff, including assigning tasks, training, and performance evaluation.
• Ensure adherence to warehouse safety standards and regulations.
• Monitor and maintain warehouse equipment and facilities.

Shipping and Receiving:

• Oversee incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
• Manage the loading and unloading of trucks and other vehicles.
• Coordinate with carriers to schedule pickups and deliveries.
• Resolve any shipping or receiving issues that may arise.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 0.6–1.5 years of warehouse experience, preferably in FMCG/logistics.
• Proficiency in inventory management, MS Excel, and ERP/WMS systems.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and team management skills.

This role ensures efficient inventory, order fulfillment, and warehouse operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
