Warehouse executive

We are looking for a Logistics Warehouse Executive who is active, responsible, and efficient in handling day-to-day warehouse and logistics operations. The candidate should be comfortable using computers and coordinating with clients, managers, and CHA agents.

Responsibilities:

Use computer systems confidently (Email, Excel, WhatsApp)

Track shipments and share regular, real-time updates

Prepare bilty / LR and other basic logistics documents

Handle and supervise loading and unloading activities

Check every box/carton carefully before loading and unloading

Communicate smoothly with clients, CHA agents, transporters, and managers

Ensure daily warehouse operations run smoothly and on time

Requirements:

Basic computer knowledge

Good communication skills

Fast, attentive, and responsible

Comfortable working 12-hour shifts
