Warehouse Executive

Job description

Responsibilities:

1.Receiving goods at the warehouse, QC, Inward Entry and preparing the GRN to share with the concerned team.

2. Dispatching Goods from the Warehouse, QC, Outward Entry, Updating concerned teams in a timely manner.

3. Maintaining and updating a Packing material Inventory and regularly updating the Purchase and Procurement team.

4. Making goods export ready as per the Instructions of the Purchase/ Procurement/ Logistics Team.

5. Managing warehouse space in a way maximum efficiency in terms of storage and TAT of receiving and dispatching goods.

6. Visiting vendors/ Logistics service providers as and when requested by the Purchase/ Logistics team.

Key Skills:

Should be able to handle labour to get the required work done.

Should be good at Ms- Excel to maintain the required data

Should be good at speaking and writing English and speaking Hindi// Good email etiquettes

Experience:

Should have experience in receiving and dispatching goods and maintaining a record of all movement of goods. Maintaining and Updating inventory as required. Taking a count of the warehouse inventory and updating the concerned team.
