Warehouse Executive- Garment Industry

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Warehouse Executive to manage day-to-day warehouse operations for our garment division. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate inventory control, smooth inward and outward movement of goods, and compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee receiving, storage, and dispatch of garments and raw materials.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and update the ERP/WMS system.
• Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts.
• Ensure proper labeling, tagging, and segregation of products.
• Coordinate with production, purchase, and logistics teams for timely material movement.
• Monitor packaging, quality checks, and order fulfillment as per client requirements.
• Implement and follow safety, hygiene, and housekeeping standards.
• Prepare daily/weekly MIS reports on stock, dispatch, and warehouse activities.

Requirements:

• Graduate or Diploma in Supply Chain / Logistics / Commerce.
• 2–4 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in garments or apparel manufacturing.
• Knowledge of inventory management software/ERP systems.
• Good understanding of garment packing, QC, and dispatch processes.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to lead a team of helpers and loaders.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
